About WPS Office Shortcuts
WPS Office is developed by Kingsoft in China and ships with Microsoft Office-compatible file formats (.doc, .xls, .ppt). With ~678 million monthly active users as of 2025, WPS dominates the Chinese office suite market and is popular across Southeast Asia, where Microsoft 365 is more expensive. WPS's keyboard shortcuts are intentionally compatible with Microsoft Office so users can switch between the two without retraining, while adding WPS-specific keys for cloud save (Alt+F, S) and PDF export (Alt+F, E). This reference card covers the most-used 80+ shortcuts across 7 functional areas: Common, Writer text, Writer tables, Spreadsheet, Presentation, View & window, Cloud collaboration & PDF. All entries are transcribed from WPS Office documentation; Mac entries use the ⌘/⌥ Mac convention. How to use - Pick your platform (Windows / macOS) at the top. - Search any feature name or shortcut text. - Click any row's Copy button to grab the key string. - Export PNG (2400×1140 landscape) for a wallpaper; PDF for a single A4 landscape page. Tips - WPS shortcuts map 1:1 to MS Office for the most part: Ctrl+C/X/V/Z, Ctrl+B/I/U, Ctrl+S/P all work identically. - Alt+F, S is WPS-specific — quick-save to WPS Cloud instead of local disk. Pair with sign-in for cross-device sync. - Ctrl+Shift+L toggles AutoFilter in Spreadsheet, same as Excel. - Shift+F11 inserts a new sheet in Spreadsheet; Ctrl+Page Up/Down navigates between sheets. - F5 starts Presentation slideshow; Esc ends. B/W for black/white screen mid-show. Why this separate from word-shortcuts / excel-shortcuts? WPS users often run a mix: a WPS Writer doc open alongside an MS Word doc. Splitting them lets each tool be printable as one focused page.
